Shelly was our agent for selling our home in Gilroy before moving to Utah. We needed a quick move, and she did everything we needed to pull this off. She helped us maneuver around the difficulties of selling a home with solar panels (two different providers), which was not a small issue. She assisted us in disposing of excess furniture and other items via a market site on the internet. Our asking price was exceeded, which was a very nice surprise given we were selling in a slowing market.
